Job Description
The Certified Nurse Assistant provides nursing care, respiratory care, splinting, and patient support services in a hospital unit under the direction of the Clinical Manager. As a CNA or Nursing Assistant on our day shift team, you will be at the center of patient care, building strong relationships with patients and families while partnering closely with nurses in our cooperative model.
By focusing on a smaller group of patients, you have the time and support to provide safe, personalized care, truly getting to know the people you serve. - Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- At least 6 months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting, long‑term care, or similar environment.
The base pay for this position ranges from $22.47 to $34.07 per hour. Additional compensation may be available in the form of shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
