Nursing - Medication Aide - Full Time

Cascadia Senior Living - 810 Fieldstone Drive Southwest - Responsibilities:
Administer medications and assist with self-administration of medications as directed by physician orders;
Maintain accurate records of medications and treatments in residents' clinical records;
Report changes in resident conditions to the Director of Nursing Services and physician;
Communicate with physician, pharmacy, and family to ensure timely delivery of medications;
Assist with activities of daily living as needed and promote resident dignity and independence
