Nursing - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN

This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in medication dispensing within a healthcare facility focused on opioid treatment and recovery.

• Administering medications such as Methadone, Buprenorphine/Naloxone, or Mono Buprenorphine per provider orders.
• Monitoring patients' needs, ensuring medication safety, and maintaining accurate records compliant with federal and state regulations.
• Conducting alcohol testing, assessing patient physical, emotional, and chemical status, and documenting encounters in electronic health records.
• Explaining medication use to clients, collaborating with the treatment team, and ensuring confidentiality per HIPAA and other regulations.
• Performing duties related to medication security, record-keeping, and client care coordination.

• Valid Washington State LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in primary care or substance abuse treatment preferred.
• Ability to work with vulnerable populations, pass background checks, and hold a valid driver's license.

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of medical practices, confidentiality laws, and cultural sensitivity.
• Proficiency with computers, office equipment, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-cultural environments, prioritize tasks, and establish professional relationships.
