About This Role

The Head & Neck Clinic Staff Nurse provides nursing care to a defined group of patients, coordinating and facilitating healthcare services in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to work in a dynamic environment focused on patient-centered care.

• Pay: $44 - $81/hour
• Location: Olympia, WA
• Facility: Kaiser Permanente
• Schedule: Full Time, 3-8's (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM)

• Provide ongoing assessment of nursing care needs for a defined group of patients.
• Develop a written plan of care for patient care needs.
• Assist patients and families in developing healthcare goals.
• Determine priorities of patient care based on essential needs and resources.
• Provide nursing interventions safely and competently.
• Communicate recognition of patients' psychosocial, cultural, and emotional needs.
• Develop an educational component for each nursing care plan.
• Assess patient lifestyle risk factors and integrate health promotion into care.
• Participate in continued education programs and staff orientation.
• Collaborate with managers in performance reviews and quality assurance activities.

Education:

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

Experience:

• Prior head/neck experience preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in Washington
