Location: Spokane, WA
Job SummarySeeking an experienced Tech Transfer Process Engineer to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and technical transfer projects in a sterile aseptic fill‑finish manufacturing environment. The role involves process transfer, validation support, technical documentation, risk assessments, and cross‑functional collaboration within a pharmaceutical/CDMO setting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead NPI and technical transfer activities for client products.
- Develop and execute transfer plans, process control strategies, and validation activities.
- Author protocols, reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
- Manage change controls, deviations, and study closeout reports.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout project execution.
- Provide hands‑on support during manufacturing and validation activities.
- 8–10 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Strong NPI and technical transfer experience.
- Hands‑on experience in sterile aseptic fill‑finish manufacturing.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations on the production floor.
- Knowledge of change controls, deviations, protocol writing, and technical reporting.
- Strong client‑facing communication skills.
