We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Property Buyers Agent for our Leederville office. As a Property Buyers Agent, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the property market with confidence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships by understanding client goals and delivering tailored property strategies.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, sharing data-driven insights to uncover high-value opportunities.
• Property Acquisition: Manage property identification, inspections, appraisals, negotiations, and contracts across multiple sectors.

  Partner with Realmark’s sales, leasing, and management teams to streamline transactions and introduce management services. You'll work both independently and collaboratively with a team rich in expertise.
• Client Support: Guide buyers through every step with transparent communication, aiming to onboard them as property management clients when needed.

This role requires someone with real estate experience specifically knowledge of marketing, transacting and negotiating in sales and leasing of property. You will be required to present your ideas to owners and investors with confidence and leverage the team's support in marketing and administration as well leading technology platforms to engage with clients and deliver exceptional service.
