A leading clinical research organization in Olympia, WA, is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) to oversee site management and monitoring for clinical trials. The Sr. CRA will ensure adherence to regulatory standards and quality execution while addressing investigator site issues effectively. Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodologies and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oncology.

This role requires 60-80% travel and strong communication skills.
