Voted South Sound's #1 Pet Store and #1 Grooming Salon in 2025, we're looking for an outgoing, motivated, animal-loving team member who is passionate about pet health, nutrition, customer service, and continuous learning.

This is a sales-focused role where you'll build relationships with pet parents, educate customers, recommend products and solutions, and become a trusted resource for our community.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, self-motivated, and excited to grow their knowledge of pet nutrition, wellness, supplements, enrichment, grooming products, and pet care. They enjoy talking with people, working toward goals, and turning product knowledge into exceptional customer experiences.

At Animology, we invest heavily in training through nutrition courses, vendor certifications, product education, and hands‑on coaching. We're looking for someone who takes advantage of these opportunities and is committed to continuous growth.

Our team also plays an active role in our social media presence. Candidates should be comfortable appearing in videos, participating in content creation, sharing pet care knowledge, and helping showcase the culture and personality that make Animology unique.

This is a hands‑on position that combines sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, store presentation, and daily operations. Success in this role is measured by customer service, product knowledge, operational excellence, social media participation, and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
