The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will deliver a world‑class experience, surpass sales goals, and constantly find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Core Staff are part‑time employees with consistent schedules, providing reliable support for both our team and our fans.

• All other duties as assigned.

• A results‑oriented selling record with at least one year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, rooted in care.
• The ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and work eligibility.
• A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred; hours typically up to 12 in base weeks, increasing to 21 in peak weeks (not to exceed 30).
• Dependability: regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Schedule: Part‑time, typically up to 12 hours per week with flexibility for peak periods up to 21 hours. Shift scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $17.13 – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
