Hourly Wage and Compensation

Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Base pay ranges from $17.5 to $30.5 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates focus on customer care and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
