Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Stocking, Customer Service Rep
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customers. Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect items. Manage checkout customer in‑store and online pick‑up orders. Maintain merchandising, pricing, signage and sales‑floor replenishment standards. Participate in processing freight and truck unload as needed.
Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
A can‑do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open‑minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture. Retail experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and time‑management skills. Ability to initiate a conversation.
Minimum RequirementsMinimum age 16 years. Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
CompensationHourly pay: $17.13 – $17.63.
Benefits- Paid sick leave (one hour for every 30 hours worked) and up to 3 days of paid bereavement leave.
- 401(k) plan with partial company matching.
- Full‑time associates receive 5days of paid vacation, 8paid holidays, 3paid floating holidays, up to 2 additional days of paid bereavement leave, and up to 5days of paid jury‑duty leave.
