Operations Manager

Position: Operations Manager (Full-Time)
Buckle - 625 Black Lake Boulevard Southwest, STE 233 - Responsibilities:
Sales Generation and Guest Service:
Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure shipments are correct; send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via Fed Ex; check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips; ensure transfers are processed and match sold items.;
Visual Merchandise Management:
Remove pins and plastic from merchandise; place Sensormatic tags; hang and fold merchandise; steam as needed; assist on floor projects.;
Operations:
Maintain a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends; develop knowledge of POS software; receive freight boxes and manage store transfers; manage shipment-related paperwork; monitor security risks; create Fed Ex labels and ship packages; manage recalls and RTVs weekly; maintain stocked supplies; organize fixtures and shelving; ensure cleanliness and organization; communicate policy violations to Store Manager/HR; provide feedback to leadership;

perform other duties as assigned.;
