Specialized Recruiting Group of Olympia is partnering with a Heating & Cooling company to fill a Sales Representative role. This position will be working inside retail stores in Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves talking with people and is outgoing.

This position is Evaluation-to-Hire, with a consistent schedule of Thursday-Monday, from 10AM-5PM. Compensation starts at $25/hr, base pay, with commissions added on after the evaluation period. Strong sales-people can earn six figures in this position. You will also qualify for a benefit package that includes 100% employer paid monthly premiums for Medical, Dental, and Vision after being hired on with the company.

As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of the company in local department stores, engaging with potential customers, educating them about our heating and cooling products, and effectively capturing leads. Your primary goal will be to establish rapport, inform consumers about our solutions, and schedule appointments for our expert technicians to provide estimates tailored to their needs.

• Product demonstrations
• Documentation

• Valid driver's licence and vehicle so you can travel between stores as needed
• Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy talking with people
• Must have a “no fear” personality when it comes to being rejected or told no
• Sales experience is a great plus, but not required
