We are now looking to hire a
** Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Northwestern Zone Sales,
** who has a growth mindset and can be an integral part of a sales team that takes sales performance to the next level.
** About
The Role
** Reporting to the Western Zone Sales Leader, the Regional Sales Manager for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest is a strategic, growth-driven individual responsible for profitable revenue growth, deepening key customer relationships, and expanding the regional account base. The role requires a proven salesperson with strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence across all levels of cross-functional organizations.
The RSM will serve as a primary strategic and tactical partner to our channel, ensuring alignment against shared objectives while consistently delivering results.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead annual regional business planning aligned with enterprise objectives and long-term growth priorities.
* Own and deliver financial and operational performance, including revenue, profitability, accounts receivable, and return on investment.
* Act as the primary relationship leader with McIntosh and Sonus faber resellers, managing partnerships at all levels to drive sustainable growth.
* Align reseller and go-to-market strategies with Bose Luxury priorities to improve operational efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
* Partner closely with demand planning teams to develop high-confidence sales forecasts through disciplined, data-driven execution.
* Lead coordination of key account sales initiatives, training, and education in partnership with marketing and channel support teams.
* Provide executive-level business analytics, insights, and performance reporting to guide decision-making.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, demand planning, and supply chain teams to drive regional success.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and document insights to inform strategic and investment decisions.

* Strong executive negotiation and influence skills, with the ability to create mutually beneficial outcomes across all organizational levels.
* Highly analytical, with a disciplined, data-driven approach to strategic planning and performance management.
* Proven relationship builder with credibility to engage senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
* Deep expertise in both traditional brick-and-mortar retail and custom integration business models, systems, and operating structures.
* Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, profitability management, and investment decision-making.
