Industrial Territory Sales Manager – Washington, WA
CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN WASHINGTON STATE. The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 U.S. Dollars per year plus a lucrative sales incentive plan. Specific salary may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

- Identify and convert new business opportunities and conversions
- Maintain an open opportunity pipeline of >$2M
- Close >$1M in new business opportunities annuallyt
- Secure superior business relationships with key end users
- Support channel development and national account opportunities and growth initiatives
- Introduce new Ansell products and programs in accordance with strategy and objectives
- Represent Ansell in a professional, competent, and ethical manner
- Effectively report on marketplace activities, competitive actions, end users’ problems and opportunities
- Travel up to 75% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a commensurate field
- 3+ years of proven successful field sales
Experience in industrial, consumer products, food service or personal protective equipment (PPE) sales working through distributors preferred - Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with (SFDC) or similar CRM program preferred but not required
