Job Description Summary
As a member of a sales team, the sales development representative is responsible for prospecting net new business within a defined geographic territory in the small and medium market. Responsibilities include finding and vetting new business opportunities and developing value propositions.
Essential Functions- Target new business opportunities by identifying potential customers, conducting background research, discussing supply chain needs with decision makers and relevant representatives, and analyzing customer needs.
- Utilize suggested calls and data‑driven reporting to identify growth opportunities through call cycling and customer visits.
- Maintain regular communication with manager and peers regarding joint sales call opportunities in support of new revenue.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of new leads, complete successful calls on those leads, and schedule opportunity handoff calls.
- Navigate internal cross‑functional processes to coordinate support and solutions with internal teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales peers, marketing, finance, operations, and other areas to identify issues and implement solutions that support revenue growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
To be considered, you must meet one of the following: a bachelor’s degree/equivalent; four (4) years of B2B sales experience; or one (1) year of the company’s B2B sales experience.

- Must live within a 50‑mile radius of Seattle or Olympia, WA.

Pay- Minimum: $2,529.28 per month.
- Maximum: $5,014.64 per month.
Quantifiable and measurable sales achievements; sales experience using digital tools/CRM; collaboration across multiple functions.
