Seasonal Sales Associate

As the face of the brand, you will create memorable shopping experiences by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service. Your day will involve a mix of sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors.
• Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
• Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss‑prevention initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Support the store during peak season with the potential to transition to regular employment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands‑on experience and achievements are valued.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to engage comfortably with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaboration with a team and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
• Physical capability to stand, move throughout the store for extended periods, and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.

• Part‑time or limited‑time position (e.g., internship); not eligible for all VF Corporation benefit plans.
