You're here because you want a career, and not just a job. This position is a structured, paid, three-month launch into insurance sales. No license is required to start, because getting you licensed is part of the program.

Here's the shape of your first 90 days:

• Month 1:
  Learn & Launch: 20 paid telemarketing hours per week, plus 20 hours a week of study time to earn your insurance license. We pay for your telemarketing time ($1,600 over the month), and we cover the cost of your licensing (education, exam, application, and fingerprinting). Licensing must be completed within 4 weeks.
• Month 2:
  Full Sales: a $3,000 base for the month, selling with leads we provide.
• Month 3:
  Commission Begins: $3,000 base plus a commission split inside the Protege program or the Associate Agent program.

First 90 days: $7,600 in base pay, plus month-three commissions, and your insurance license.

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Attend training and continuing education courses.
