Job Description
Our office is growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! Richard Lutterbie Insurance Agency in Olympia,, Washington is looking for a confident, experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for presenting promoting our agency and multiple insurance products. We are a dedicated and driven team with a focus on providing each of our customers with amazing customer service.

Our position offered is full time. Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in.

- Able to learn multiple software systems
- Be proficient with Office 365
- Be comfortable talking to anyone, and a quick learner.
- Be aggressive prospecting and generating new business opportunities through cross sales marketing, leads & referral sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, assist staff in sales.
- Obtain your insurance license within 3-6 months of hire.
