Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-related protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including offices, common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas;
Monitor the location for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or operational issues and report observations promptly;
Assist with badge checks, visitor interactions, and other security-related responsibilities as assigned;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate with site contacts and emergency services when needed
