Project CSI manages gas station and restaurant branding projects for major oil companies, convenience stores and restaurant chains. Based out of Fishers, Indiana, Project CSI coordinates with brands, site owners, local municipalities and installation companies or crews throughout the United States. Our goal is to maximize national brand rollout objectives within the limitations imposed by local municipalities.
Project CSI is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our crew that serves locations in Washington and Oregon. The Journeyman Electrician position entails travel within the 2-state area and overnight stays during the week but necessarily every night.
Responsibilities- Obtain electrical permits for our various projects.
- LOTO of circuits.
- Rework any conduits, wiring, and junction boxes as needed to supply power to new and existing equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues on Canopy lighting, Mid illumination and LED digits, any other electrical issues needing corrected.
- May need to provide new circuits when existing power needs to be abandoned.
- Ensure all work complies with the NEC, state codes, and local municipality codes.
- Activate old and new circuits and make sure everything powers up correctly.
- If permits are required, meet with inspectors as needed to get permits signed off and closed out.
- Work is not limited to electrical work but also requires working alongside other Project CSI crew members to get all work completed on time.
- Other work includes Canopy Fascia installation & repair, MID installation & repair, Building Signage installation & repair, Installation and maintenance of light fixtures both inside & outside of convenience store.
- Help to keep jobsite clean and safe during the workday and to clean up and make safe before leaving at the end of day.
- Adhere to safe work practices and comply with all safety requirements & documentation.
- Have your own truck, tools, and equipment to perform all aspects of the work needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour but negotiable.
Benefits: Salaried Position – Full Benefits
Schedule: Monday to Saturday if Saturday work needed to complete a job.
License/Certification: Electrical License (Required) for Washington & Oregon
Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Should be home most weekends and possibly several nights throughout the week
Work Location: Multiple Locations throughout Washington & Oregon
Qualifications- 01 Electrical license in WA & OR
- Electrical administrator certification (or be willing to obtain one upon hiring)
