We are a customer-centric flooring company dedicated to providing top-notch in-home flooring estimates and installations. We pride ourselves on building lasting customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our digital estimation software.

• Use our internal database software to map out and call pre-scheduled clients the night before to narrow down time windows of arrival.
• Accurately measure all rooms with provided Windows tablet and laser tape measure, entering the information into our digital estimation software.
• Identify and label existing flooring types, subfloor composition, baseboard type, and other relevant details.
• Determine if the job is within the scope of work for the selected flooring type.
• Engage with clients in their homes to understand their needs and provide professional advice.
• Maintain contact with customers and our home office throughout the day to ensure a positive experience.
• Stay updated with new products and installation methods in the flooring industry.

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• A valid Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years of age.
