Job Responsibilities
**** Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
* Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
* Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
* Document all repair recommendations and completed work accurately
* Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle conditions and repair needs
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
* Stay current on Subaru products, systems, and repair procedures through ongoing training
* Contribute to team productivity and customer satisfaction goals

*** Subaru Service Technician Qualifications
**** Previous automotive technician experience preferred
* Subaru experience or manufacturer certifications are a plus
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Ability to perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
* Basic computer skills and ability to use dealership software systems
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
