Job Responsibilities
  • Perform high‑level interior and exterior reconditioning on all vehicle makes and models, with a focus on the Subaru lineup.
  • Execute advanced paint correction, including buffing, polishing, and removing surface imperfections to restore factory gloss.
  • Apply protective coatings and sealants with precision to ensure long‑term vehicle preservation.
  • Conduct thorough quality control inspections on completed vehicles to ensure they meet Subaru’s rigorous "Front‑Line Ready" standards.
  • Manage shop supplies and equipment maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in professional automotive detailing (paint correction and high‑speed buffing experience preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a "fixed‑right‑the‑first‑time" mentality regarding vehicle aesthetics.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to maintain productivity in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre‑employment drug screen.
