Interstate Pest Management is hiring an experienced, Washington-licensed pest control technician for our Olympia service area. This is a role for someone who already holds a current applicator license and has time in the field — not an entry-level or training position.

You’ll run a well-built route serving residential and commercial customers, with company-provided leads and the support to do the job right. We provide ongoing training with industry leaders so you can keep growing in the field, and a team that backs you up.

• $24–26/hr plus commission on provided leads and bonuses
• Take-home company vehicle for work and commuting
• Three weeks of PTO starting day one

• A current, valid Washington pesticide applicator license (required)
• Hands‑on pest control field experience
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism
• A clean driving record
