AI Researcher Intern – Olympia, WA

• Research experience, including internships, full‑time positions, or lab work.
• Experience contributing to research communities or efforts, including publishing papers in major conferences or journals.
• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C/C++).
• Interest in working with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.

• Currently enrolled in a PhD degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experienced in one or more AI related areas such as Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or Prompt Engineering.
• Strong publication record demonstrating the ability to carry out novel independent research.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative on projects and tasks and deliver on these.
• Team‑oriented and eager to learn.
