The role provides expert-level technical services for systems that manage licensing, tax collection, and compliance tools across the state. The position includes supervision of a new seven-person team of developers and administrators and requires establishing technical standards and strategic direction for multi-dimensional information systems.
KeyQualifications
- Seven years of professional IT applications development experience OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related field plus three years of development experience
- Four years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle and enterprise principles
- Four years of experience integrating PaaS, SaaS, and COTS solutions
- Four years of experience in Microsoft-based environments
- Two years of experience leading a Salesforce application team on medium to large scale projects
