• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 4 years of certification or equivalent common‑sense experience
• At least 2 years of experience in programming in at least one language such as Python, C, C++, Java, or Java Script
• Graduate degree or PhD in Software Engineering or a related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization

• Set and communicate team boundaries that align with broader company objectives
• Align system, processes, and procedures across teams
• Set clear expectations with people in view of their level and role and adjust to company objectives
• Meet regularly with people to review performance and progress and provide guidance and coaching
• Drive the long‑term technical vision and steer the direction within your domain(s)
• Develop the technical product roadmap to meet current and future needs
• Configure, lead, and review architecture designs within the broader region and build product or system code to address ambiguous problems
• Review code written by other architects, providing feedback to ensure best practices such as style guidelines, code reviews, testability, and maintainability
