We are a fast-growing company specializing in red light therapy devices, dedicated to improving wellness and quality of life. Located in Olympia, WA, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to assist with returns processing, shipping, warehousing, product logistics and customer service interface. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic growing team that values innovation and operational excellence.

The L&S Coordinator will assume an in-warehouse support and leadership role for all aspects of our company product logistics, including shipping, receiving, returns processing, partner trafficking, specialized shipping requirements, retail and will liaise with our warehouse partner on inventory management & fulfillment and our CS team on product logistics. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistics operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

• Support daily shipping operations, including returns processing, reshipments, specialized order fulfillment, CS interfacing, and product review.
• Support product returns, including inspecting and reviewing returned items, documenting findings, and processing reshipments or replacements.
• Coordinate specialized shipping needs for partners and high-priority orders or retail orders.
• Assist with warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.
• Collaborate & liaise with internal warehouse partner to align logistics operations with overall business goals.
• Coordinate partner trafficking by ensuring timely receipt and distribution of materials and products.
• Help implement best practices to improve warehouse and logistics efficiencies.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Generate regular reports on shipping performance, inventory, and returns.
• Report to the Head of Operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse logistics, shipping, or a related field.
• Familiarity with shipping software and warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Salary/Compensation: $42,000 - $48,000 per year
