Convoy – Class A/B – NCCCO Certified HIAB Driver (Knuckleboom) – Signing Bonus Position Summary

Seeking a self‑sufficient, motivated Crane Operator for our Olympia location at 1510 93rd Avenue Southwest, Olympia, WA. Responsibilities include scheduled deliveries, vehicle inspections, load securement, shipping documentation, and safe truck operation.

• Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups.
• Perform pre‑trip, en route, and post‑trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle.
• Load and unload materials.
• Comply with company and government regulations and rules.
• Ensure load securement, including installation of corner boards.
• Match shipments to sales invoices.
• Use Samsara for compliance, safety, efficiency, and customer service.
• Operate truck safely.

• NCCCO Certification and ABL license required.
• Clean CVOR abstract.
• Prefer a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Dedicated to safety, on and off the road.
• Passionate about service and teamwork.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Construction/roofing experience is an asset.
• Physically able to climb ladders, pull/throw tarps, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Pride in punctuality, self‑sufficiency, and excellent customer service.
• Read and write English; spoken Spanish is an asset.
