Convoy – Class A/B – NCCCO Certified HIAB Driver (Knuckleboom) – Signing Bonus Position Summary
Seeking a self‑sufficient, motivated Crane Operator for our Olympia location at 1510 93rd Avenue Southwest, Olympia, WA. Responsibilities include scheduled deliveries, vehicle inspections, load securement, shipping documentation, and safe truck operation.
Responsibilities- Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups.
- Perform pre‑trip, en route, and post‑trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle.
- Load and unload materials.
- Comply with company and government regulations and rules.
- Ensure load securement, including installation of corner boards.
- Match shipments to sales invoices.
- Use Samsara for compliance, safety, efficiency, and customer service.
- Operate truck safely.
- NCCCO Certification and ABL license required.
- Clean CVOR abstract.
- Prefer a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
- Dedicated to safety, on and off the road.
- Passionate about service and teamwork.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Construction/roofing experience is an asset.
- Physically able to climb ladders, pull/throw tarps, and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Pride in punctuality, self‑sufficiency, and excellent customer service.
- Read and write English; spoken Spanish is an asset.
