Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring a driven and experienced Fleet Maintenance Operations Manager to run daily operations at our busy service location. • Management or supervisory role experience in fleet, diesel, or trailer repair
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, trailer systems, and transport refrigeration units
• Experience with DOT compliance, safety protocols, and repair procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Obtain a toolbox and required tools
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Lead and develop shop teams across multiple shifts
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and communication
• Oversee technician training and performance reviews
• Manage shop scheduling, workloads, and project coordination
• Maintain safety programs and conduct inspections
• Support hands-on shop work during peak times
• Track department performance and drive efficiency improvements
• Build strong relationships with vendors and customers
• Promote a positive, high-performance team culture
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
