Responsibilities
- Work onsite in the customer’s inventory supply room to oversee and execute all Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) systems.
- Conduct daily inventory checks to verify stock accuracy, identify shortages, and maintain product availability.
- Write and process replenishment orders to ensure timely restocking and alignment with customer demand.
- Stock, organize and maintain inventory within the supply room for efficient access and workflow.
- Collaborate with onsite contractors to provide quotes, fulfill orders, and respond to immediate product needs.
- Deliver personalized customer service through prompt communication, accurate order processing, and professional support.
- Perform driver related duties as needed, which may include transporting materials.
- Experience in inventory management, supply chain, warehouse operations, or related fields (preferred).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Provide responsive, courteous, and solution-oriented support to onsite personnel and contractors.
- Clearly convey information in person and in writing, ensuring accurate order processing and effective collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Precision in counting, tracking, and documenting inventory to ensure reliable stock levels.
- Identify issues such as stock shortages or urgent product needs and take proactive steps to resolve them.
- Comfortable using inventory systems, order‑entry tools and basic computer applications to manage VMI processes.
- Ability to work independently on site.
Pay Range: $21.63 – $30.26 per hour. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
