Job Responsibilities
**** Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and merchandise shipments
* Accurately process and stock inventory in designated locations
* Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards
* Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and organization
* Assist with cycle counts and inventory control procedures
* Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
* Coordinate with Parts Department staff to fulfill internal and customer orders
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory concerns
* Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines##

*** Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications
**** Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts experience preferred
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to lift, move, and carry parts and packages as needed
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and time-management skills
* Dependable work ethic and commitment to accuracy
* Forklift experience is a plus but not required
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
* Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
