Social Work Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Social Work Assistant to join the Family & Childcare Team based at Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital. This team provides vital support to children, young people, and their families, helping to promote positive outcomes and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Working alongside Social Workers to support children, young people, and their families Assisting with assessments and the implementation of child care plans Maintaining accurate documentation and case records Providing practical support to families to encourage positive change and improve outcomes This role is for a minimum of 3 months with the potential for extension. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a pay rate of £14.06 per hour.

Essential Criteria :
At least 1 Years experience working with children, young people, or families in a relevant setting, such as childcare, youth work, or as a care assistant A level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a health, social care, or other care-related subject If you are passionate about supporting children and families and are looking for a rewarding opportunity within a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
