We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Assistant F&B Manager at L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

What will the role involve?

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure all dining and service areas are prepared to the highest Hand Picked Hotels standards, maintaining exceptional presentation throughout each shift. You will hold confident knowledge of our menus, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation styles, enabling you to offer accurate, engaging descriptions and personalised recommendations that enhance the guest experience. You will support departmental goals by contributing ideas, embracing new approaches, and taking ownership of your responsibilities with professionalism and care.

A strong understanding of our wine list is essential, including stock awareness, grape varieties, flavour profiles, and the principles of food and wine pairing. Above all, you will bring enthusiasm, warmth, and a genuine enjoyment of being part of the Hand Picked Hotels team.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.

Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
