St John’s College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint a Café Supervisor to ensure the smooth daily operation of the Café by maintaining high standards of service, coffee quality, food safety, cleanliness, and team performance. The postholder will also contribute to consistent delivery of brand standards, guest satisfaction, and a professional coffee culture.

The primary aim of the Catering and Hospitality department is to provide all customers with a high standard of food and customer service that in turn exceeds their expectations through a highly trained, well‑motivated professional team of dedicated staff. In addition, the Catering and Hospitality team aims to promote the department, College and our brand for St John’s College at all times.
