Fabricator / Welder – Omagh

Hours:

39 Hour Week. Option to work hours over a four or five day week.

Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and weld components using MIG welding techniques.
  • Read and interpret Engineering drawings.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in all fabricated parts.
  • Inspect welds for any imperfections or quality issues.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Work within a team environment, using own initiative.
  • Meet set targets while working in a production environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with all Health and Safety Regulations.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Welding / Metal fabrication.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, judgment and decision‑making ability.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance.
  • Flexible approach to meet business needs and targets.
  • Desirable:
    Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
