The Role We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works on a project in Omagh. Working closely with the Project and Contracts Management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of electrical operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site. Manage electrical operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are properly planned and resourced. Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications and current regulations. Monitor progress, workmanship and productivity against the project programme. Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, building and other trades. Liaise with Project Managers, site management and other members of the project team.

Ensure materials and equipment are available when required. Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure RAMS and safe systems of work are followed. Carry out site inspections and oversee snagging and close-out of works. Assist with testing, commissioning and project handover. Maintain accurate site and progress records. About You A recognised electrical apprenticeship and relevant electrical qualifications. Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Foreperson or similar.

Strong experience within electrical building services/M&E contracting. Good knowledge of commercial electrical installations and current regulations. Experience managing electrical teams and subcontractors. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical information. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. A good understanding of construction health & safety requirements. Relevant supervisory and health & safety qualifications would be advantageous. Package £42,000 £ 45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
