We’re hiring a Construction Accounting Manager to lead full-cycle accounting operations across commercial and industrial projects. This is a high-impact role with visibility to ownership, long-term growth potential and a company that values people who take initiative and want to be part of something long term.
Responsibilities- Lead construction accounting, WIP/POC reporting, and month-end close
- Oversee payroll, AP/AR, invoicing, and job costing
- Partner with leadership and project teams on financial operations
- Help improve processes and keep projects financially on track
- Work within construction ERP systems, Excel, and Procore
- 401(k)
- PTO + paid holidays
- Stable family‑oriented culture with long employee tenure
- Growth path toward Controller‑level leadership
- Business casual, collaborative environment
- 5+ years of construction accounting experience
- Strong WIP, POC, job costing, and payroll experience
- Experience with construction ERP/accounting software
- Self‑starter mindset with strong communication skills
Procore experience is a plus
