Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk provides accounting/bookkeeping support for the Chief Financial Officer in the areas of accounts payable and other financial areas as needed. Provides support and responses for other departments.

• Accurately enter purchase orders into the accounting system.
• Maintain processed check requests and all other accounts payable/purchase order filing.
• Monitor bank accounts to ensure checks have cleared and monitor available cash balance.
• Reconcile vendor statements with invoices and communicate with vendors about statements.
• Exemplify Jesus Christ daily, sharing the gospel or praying with others as opportunities arise.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two or more years of Accounts Payable experience covering all aspects.

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Visible, growing, and committed relationship with Christ, based on knowledge of scripture and life experience.
• Consistent attendance at and involvement with a local Christian church.

• Job Type: Full Time.
• Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour.
• Pay Frequency:
  Bi-Weekly.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
