• Manage customer billing and ensure timely, accurate invoicing
• Oversee collections and maintain positive customer account relationships
• Handle check runs and ensure proper vendor payment processing
• Accurately process vendor invoices and maintain detailed records
• File monthly sales tax returns with precision
• Jump into ad hoc finance and accounting projects that help us work smarter

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years of accounting experience
• Bonus points for background in construction or project-based accounting
• Sharp organizational skills and the confidence to communicate across teams
• Strong command of Excel and a knack for streamlining processes
