Position: Senior Manager, SEC Financial Reporting - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE

Key Responsibilities

Prepare the annual Form 10K and quarterly Form 10Q reports filed with the SEC.

Review the XBRL files associated with the financial statements submitted to the SEC.

Assist in the preparation of the financial sections of the earnings release.

Assist in the preparation and review of the monthly consolidated balance sheet and income statement, including related account analyses.

Review the business commentary included in the division’s monthly report package.

Perform technical accounting research and benchmark against peer companies.

Prepare ad hoc analyses for senior management and assist on special projects.

Collaborate with entity/divisional personnel to address and resolve accounting issues.

Assist with accounting for acquisitions/dispositions.

Prepare and submit various government surveys.

Liaise with external, internal, and SOX audits, providing necessary support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, or financial consolidations, with SEC reporting experience.
Strong technology aptitude.
Natural leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff.
