CPA Firm Office Manager – West Omaha – Be the Heart of a Growing, People-First Firm

Responsibilities
  • Gather tax documents from clients and proactively follow up on missing information to keep returns moving.
  • Organize and prepare client files for tax preparers, ensuring documentation is complete and ready to be prepared.
  • Coordinate the distribution of completed tax returns following busy season and assist clients with questions regarding pickup or delivery.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and internal accounting for the firm itself.
  • Order office supplies, coordinate vendors, and help maintain an organized, welcoming office environment.
  • Support firm leadership with administrative projects and identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and client service.
