This is a highly visible role offering broad responsibility across property accounting, tenant billing, financial reporting, capital project tracking, and month-end close. You'll work closely with company leadership and play an integral role in maintaining accurate financial records while supporting an active commercial real estate portfolio. • Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties.
• Prepare property-level financial statements, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Process tenant rent billings, collections, CAM reconciliations, and operating expense reimbursements.
• Manage accounts payable, real estate taxes, utilities, and recurring vendor payments.
• Track capital expenditures, development projects, and property improvements.
• Prepare financial reporting for management and assist with budgeting, audits, and special projects.
• Research and resolve tenant billing discrepancies while maintaining accurate accounting records.

• 3+ years of accounting experience with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Commercial real estate or property accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end close.
• Knowledge of CAM reconciliations, tenant billing, lease administration, or property-level financial reporting is highly desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Quick Books Enterprise, , Yardi, MRI, App Folio, Sage, Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar accounting systems is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

The base salary range for this position will always match the salary range listed in the job title headline, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
