Are you a seasoned accounting professional who enjoys leading people just as much as working with numbers? We're looking for a Client Accounting Services Manager to oversee a client accounting team while ensuring exceptional service for a diverse portfolio of clients.

In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and client accounting services. You'll coach and develop staff, review financial work for accuracy, build strong client relationships, and help improve processes that keep our department running efficiently.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Oversee bookkeeping, payroll processing, and month-end accounting activities
• Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure timely delivery of client financial reporting
• Manage workflow, deadlines, and team performance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and payroll regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting
• Experience managing multiple client relationships and priorities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• CPA designation is a plus
