Who We Are Looking To Engage
Junior/Senior-level student pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting; or an accounting professional with 0–2 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and an interest in developing knowledge of GAAP.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, timely work.
Ability to organize multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through with limited supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Self-motivated, curious, and willing to research questions and solve problems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial and customer information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
