HDR is seeking a Payroll Senior Manager to lead global payroll operations, including US payroll processing in Oracle EBS, and payroll across 10 international countries via third-party providers. The role also manages Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and drives process improvement across payroll functions.
You will build and lead resilient payroll teams, establish KPIs, and coordinate with HR, Accounting, ERP, Treasury, and Tax. Local Nebraska/Omaha presence is expected as part of a multinational team.
