Job Summary

RD Industries is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance & Accounting to lead the organization's financial operations and support long-term business growth. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who combines strong technical accounting expertise with the ability to provide operational and strategic financial leadership.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial reporting while partnering closely with the CFO and business leaders across the organization. Your work will help drive sound financial decision-making, strengthen operational performance, and support the company's continued success.
