Overview
We’re seeking a detail-driven Contract Administrator / Project Administrator to support our project teams by managing contracts, compliance, and critical project documentation. This role is essential to keeping projects organized, compliant, and running efficiently from startup through closeout.

Responsibilities🔑 What You’ll Do (In a Nutshell)
- Administer owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements
- Coordinate contract review, execution, and change documentation
- Manage subcontractor onboarding and compliance (insurance, bonds, OCIP/CCIP, lien waivers)
- Maintain organized project files, document control, and distribution logs
- Support billing, pay applications, and cost documentation
- Assist project teams with schedules, submittals, procurement, and deliveries
- Support field teams with documentation, inspections, punch lists, and closeout
- Maintain audit-ready records in CMiC, Textura, and document management systems
Authorized to:
- Administer contracts and documentation workflows
- Enforce compliance and record-keeping standards
Must escalate when:
- Contract terms create financial, legal, or insurance exposure
- Scope, pricing, or risk transfer is unclear
- Compliance failures, documentation gaps, or disputes arise
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years experience in contract and/or project administration
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontract administration
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
- CMiC and/or Textura experience preferred
- You’ll play a critical, trusted role in project success — not a back-office afterthought
- Work with experienced project teams who value organization and accountability
