Description
The Data Entry Operator reports to the Location Manager and works closely with other location personnel to ensure accurate and timely entry of information into inventory systems in order to provide customer satisfaction throughout the seed manufacturing process. The Data Entry Operator will develop extensive knowledge of both internal and external customer systems. Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
- Maintaining accuracy and alignment of both external and internal inventory systems.
- Generating process orders.
- Monitoring supply inventories.
- Entering of product quality information/results.
- Entry of production information and data in external and internal systems.
- Detailed oriented to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Advanced computer skills.
- SAP experience helpful.
- Excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle changing work loads.
- Positive attitude.
- Work hours 7:00am to 3:30pm with occasional overtime.
